Stress go away, where did the time go? Take a moment for your mental health. In our seminars you will learn a great deal about effective strategies for stress and time management or burnout prevention. The five modules are geared towards employees as well as managers and can be optimally combined.
Seminar 1: Stress go away
The first part of the workshop deals with recognising your personal stress experience and the associated effects on work and your private life. In the second part, the focus is on stress situations associated with (management) behaviour and employees. This seminar expands your repertoire of actions for dealing with burdens and stress.
Seminar 2: Switch-off, but how?
You are not given any simple relaxation tips in this seminar, because these often simply produce more stress and get you nowhere. Instead, the aim here is to get to grips with the causes of your nervous strain and “inability to switch off”, in order to develop strategies for more tranquillity.
Seminar 3: Burning without burning out
The burnout seminar provides you with in-depth insight into causes and reasons. To ensure participants are able to detect warning signs early on and come up with effective countermeasures.
Seminar 4: Time management – where did the time go?
You cannot stockpile or possess time, you can only use it. But how? Apart from excursions into philosophy, in this seminar you focus on your personal experience of time and how you handle it. From leisure time (of being in space and time) to improved personal and time management. You learn how to handle interruptions and time-killers better and set priorities. A time seminar for everyone who has no time!
Seminar 5: Practical transfer – personal goals
The “Personal goals” seminar is ideal for dealing more intensively with your workshop subject. You conduct a personal situation audit, discuss what you heard and experienced in the group, and formulate your own personal goals.
